Locum Opportunity - Rural Northeastern On, RNPGA contract

- August 17th

- flexible additional weeks for Fall/Winter

Interested in securing 8 weeks/year locum; clinic colleagues always looking for locums as well.

The Haileybury Family Health Team is located 4.5h north of Toronto and 1.5h north of North Bay.

Our community is known for activities including swimming, boating/sailing, fishing, hunting, hiking, cycling, running, golfing.

Payment: RFMLP HFO daily RNPGA locum rate $1079.84 per clinic day + rural stipend premium of $67.48 per clinic day + travel & accommodation stipends + shadow billing (blended FFS premium of 9.65%) and third party billings.

Work week:

M-Th 9-4 (lunch from 12-1)

Fri 9-12

15-30 min appointments (flexible)

Daily 1hr blocked admin time (flexible)

Our clinic includes a supportive and inclusive team of 7 physicians and excellent support staff and interdisciplinary health professionals (Nurse Practitioner, RNs, RPN, RD, SW, psychotherapist, foot specialist).

There is potential opportunity for hospitalist, ER or OB coverage at Temiskaming Hospital. Our hospital has CT scan availability and collegial IM and General Surgery support. Our OB department is a Level 1b unit (including c-section coverage).
