Remuneration will depend on clinical experience and comply with the agreement between Cancer Care Alberta, Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Medical Association. Compensation Grid Compensation range is between Level 1 $416,192 per annum to Level 3 $531,341 per annum. Medical Oncologists may be either AHS employees or independent contractors. Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides a recruitment support that includes the following conditional on leadership approval: 1. Relocation Support: up to $18,500 for recruits within North America and up to $25,000 for recruits outside North America. 2. AHS Sponsorship Support if required. 3. Immigration (work permit visa support) if required. 4. Strategic recruitment Incentive.

Grid placement will be based on qualifications, training, and experience. • Annual Compensation is based on the contracted 210 Service days. • Note: The Oncologists are eligible for Additional Workload Compensation during the position’s vacancies in Cancer Care Alberta.
