Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic physician with a specialization in addiction medicine to join our growing team. This role offers flexibility with virtual care delivery complemented by twice-monthly in-person visits to one of our New Dawn sites.

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive addiction medicine services to patients virtually and in person

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using PatientVu EMR

- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and clinical education initiatives

Qualifications:

- MD with valid license to practice in Ontario

- Experience or certification in addiction medicine preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable with virtual care platforms and EMR systems (PatientVu experience is an

asset)

Locations:

Primary site: Scarborough – 1939 Kennedy Road
