Location: Waterdown, Ontario | Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time

EPICare Medical is a modern, technology-forward clinic located in the vibrant and growing community of Waterdown—just minutes from Hamilton and Burlington. We are currently seeking a Pediatrician to join our collaborative care team and provide high-quality outpatient care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based pediatric care from birth through adolescence

• Conduct well-child visits, immunizations, and developmental assessments

• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic pediatric conditions

• Communicate clearly and empathetically with families

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and collaborate with referring providers

• Participate in ongoing learning and clinical quality initiatives

Requirements:

• Certification in Pediatrics by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), or equivalent

• Active registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to family-centered care

• Interest in leveraging digital tools to streamline care delivery

Compensation & Overhead:

• Fee-for-service billing through OHIP
