Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plastic Surgeon to join our clinical team on a part-time basis (1–2 days per week). The ideal candidate will focus on providing minor surgical procedures such as mole removal, lesion excision, skin tags, cysts, scars, and other small dermatologic/plastic interventions. This role is perfect for a surgeon looking to supplement their schedule with consistent, well-organized clinic days in a supportive outpatient environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor plastic surgery procedures including mole/lesion removal, cyst excisions, skin tag removal, scar revisions, and other small soft-tissue interventions.
• Conduct pre-procedure assessments to determine suitability and ensure patient safety.
• Provide clear patient education on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and follow-up.
• Deliver high-quality, minimally invasive procedures with a focus on precision, safety, and cosmetic outcomes.
• Document assessments, procedures, and outcomes accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical staff for scheduling, patient flow, preparation, and post-procedure care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized procedural environment.
• Participate in quality improvement activities as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification (or eligibility) in Plastic Surgery.
• Strong experience in minor surgical procedures and dermatologic/plastic excisions.
• Valid medical license (or eligibility) in the province/state of practice.
• Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to cosmetic excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Part-time: 1–2 clinic days per week.
• Outpatient clinic setting with fully equipped procedure room and nursing/administrative support.
• Predictable schedule, low acuity, and strong organizational workflow.
