Seeking a Family Physician to take over an established patient panel as part of a retiring physician transition. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a stable, well-supported practice with an existing roster and strong team environment in Kitchener-Waterloo.

Practice Overview

  • Located in a small suburban plaza
  • Nearby lab and pharmacy for added convenience
  • Established patient roster of approximately 650
  • Uses Telus PS Suite EMR
  • Part of a 15-physician Family Health Organization (FHO) across the region
