The Department of Diagnostic Imaging at Cambridge Memorial Hospital (CMH) is seeking a skilled Radiologist (Locum) to join our team in January 2026 for 6 months for a maternity leave coverage.

Cambridge Memorial Hospital is a 190-bed community hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic laboratory and imaging support services. Construction of a brand-new radiology department has been recently completed as part of the Capital Redevelopment Project. As an affiliated teaching site of the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine, McMaster University, there are opportunities to engage with medical learners at various levels, including medical students and residents.

The successful candidate will join a group of 5 fellowship-trained radiologists. The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to patient care, continuous quality improvement, and have the ability to work in an interdisciplinary, collaborative environment, including supporting our clinical services. This includes participation in regularly scheduled multidisciplinary rounds and teaching. The successful candidate must hold a Fellowship in Diagnostic Imaging from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, or international equivalent, and be eligible for medical licensure in the Province of Ontario. We are seeking a colleague that also demonstrates the values of CMH of caring, collaboration, innovation, respect and accountability.

Candidates applying should have strong clinical training and special interest/expertise in breast imaging and breast procedures (US and mammography). The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in US, CT and MRI, fluoroscopy, as well as some additional ultrasound / CT-guided interventional procedures. Participation in on-call shifts is optional.
