Job Description
Compensation: $210 per clinic hour, up to 6 clinic hours per day. Expected patient volume is 16–20 per day.
Dates: January 1, 2026 – April 17, 2026
Schedule: One clinic day per week. Preference for Thursdays, with flexibility for Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
We are a well-supported FHO/FHT clinic seeking a locum for one in-person clinic day per week. No on-call, after-hours, or evening responsibilities. EMR: PS Suite.
Our team includes one RN and one PA shared between two physicians, with additional support from mental health counselors, psychiatry, clinical pharmacy, and dietitian services through the FHT.
