Compensation & Perks:

• Stipend is ~$1250/ day. Base rate of $1200/ day (RFMLP + topup) and Third party billings for in person services (estimated $50/ day). OHIP shadow billing not included.
• Fantastic Support Staff - a dedicated Nurse (RPN) and Office Administrator to delegate a large variety of tasks to, and keep paperwork to a minimum.
• Ideal for New Grads - a collegial group of physicians share this office space and are happy to provide guidance on challenging cases or local resources.
• Perfect Location - explores scores of beaches, shops, restaurants, breweries in Thornbury/ Meaford, with Blue Mountains and Bruce Peninsula right next door. This area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts in all four seasons!
• Family Friendly - Stay in a cottage through the accommodation ($120/night) and travel stipend provided by HFO.

• Specialists Close by: Collingwood and Owen Sound offer a large cohort of specialists with short wait times relative to the provincial average.

Work Details:

• Family Practise only (no call obligations)
• Up to 6 weeks available between July- Oct 2026.
• Flexible schedule: 3-4 days a week (M/T/Th/Fr) from 8:30-3 but can vary to suit your needs.
• Appointments are capped at 19 visits/ day.
• Accuro EMR in a modern office building- 2 exam rooms plus your own office room with microphones set up for AI scribe
• This practise of 1200 patients is respectful and appreciative.
• Optional Hospitalist shifts (1wk) or ER shifts (6-12hr) in our rural Meaford Hospital.
