Forest City Pharma is currently looking for two physicians (walk in, family or specialists welcome) to become part of our growing team. Our modern facility features four fully equipped exam rooms and a welcoming environment designed to support efficient, high-quality patient care.

We offer the option between two different payment models:

1) Fee for Service split - clinic responsible for managing staff and daily operations, supplies, equipment, etc.

2) No split, flat $500/month rent - physician responsible for operation of clinic and staff and is just renting space from us

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care services to walk-in patients across all age groups
• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions and minor injuries
• Provide preventative care, including routine physicals, immunizations, and health screenings
• Accurately document patient information and maintain detailed medical records
• Collaborate with the clinic's medical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Valid medical license in the state of Ontario.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
