Turn-Key Clinic Space Available for Office-Based Urologist looking to build a practice in Men's Health in North York
The space is part of a busy, well-established family medicine clinic in North York (www.myfamilymedicine.com) with 15 family physicians and several specialists on site, including rheumatology, endocrinology, psychiatry, general internal medicine, and allergy.
The office setup includes:
- Exam beds with pelvic tilt and LED lighting
- On-site autoclave
- Established eReferral base
- Spirometry
- Shared EMR (Accuro) with built-in dictation, ambient AI scribe, secure messaging, and virtual care capability
