The beautiful clinic design has been tailored for team-based care and to meet the needs of its family physicians. In this spacious, well-resourced environment, we will support you to build a practice that reflects your clinical interests and personal goals — all while maintaining the work-life balance we all value.

Option to work under LFP, FFS or New-To-Practice Contract (upon application approval by Island Health)

Benefits

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA) including:

Recruitment Incentive- $10,000 (for full-time)
Fee Premium- 4.62%.
Annual Flat Fee- $7,159.68
Rural CME starting at $2,200/annum in years 3&4, then increasing to a maximum of $4,400 after 4 years in the community.
