This medical clinic, a community-based charitable organization, is seeking a full-time family physician to join our team-based primary care clinic in Sidney on the Saanich Peninsula, British Columbia.
It was created to strengthen access to primary care in our community. Our model supports sustainable family practice through interdisciplinary teamwork, strong administrative support, and meaningful connection to the community we serve.

Your Practice
Our Physicians provide longitudinal family practice within a collaborative team-based environment. Our model allows physicians to focus on patient care while being supported by a strong clinical and administrative team.
You will benefit from:

Opportunities for Expanded Practice
While not required, many of our physicians also participate in additional areas of care, including:
Saanich Peninsula Hospital (a small community hospital)
Inpatient care

Surgical assist
Emergency department coverage for lower-acuity patients
Saanich Peninsula Youth Clinic

Maternity care

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
