Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our established family practice, focused exclusively on providing longitudinal, relationship-based care to an assigned patient panel. This role emphasizes continuity of care, preventive medicine, and comprehensive management of acute and chronic conditions for patients across the lifespan. The position follows a structured, appointment-based schedule and does not include walk-in or urgent care responsibilities. The ideal candidate is committed to building long-term patient relationships, delivering high-quality evidence-based care, and working collaboratively within a supportive clinical team.

Hours of Work

Clinic Hours - Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Overhead

30% (Minimum $7500/month)
