Canadian Physician Opportunities

Remuneration will be based on Alternative Relationship Plan (ARP) rates.

Remuneration will be based on the Fee-for-Service (FFS) schedule. Interested applicants should apply with a letter of interest, curriculum vitae and the names and contact information of three references.

LTC panels remunerated through the LFP model or fee-for-service; after-hours payments: $1,000 (weekday) and $1,400 (weekend); sessional payments for mentorship, events and quality improvement projects; LTCI incentive payments

Clinical Service Contract

Alternative Payment Arrangement; conservative estimated base remuneration for full-time (~1.0 FTE, 1997 hours/year) approx $500,000; May be eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) incentives including a 12.6% retention premium.

Alternative Payment Arrangement; May be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA): Retention Premium 12.6%, Retention Flat Fee $19,121

Fee-for-Service; may be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (Retention Premium 12.6%)

Fee-for-service (FFS) with an Income Guarantee (IG) of a minimum $4,670 per 24-hour period (inclusive of all income sources, MOCAP, and RRP). Flights, car rental, hotel or temporary rental accommodation, and per diems on travel days covered. May be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including a 12.6% retention premium.

Fee-for-Service; relocation assistance: $15,000 if relocating from outside of Canada; $12,000 if relocating within Canada but outside of BC; $9,000 if relocating within BC.

Fee-for-Service; relocation incentives: $15,000 if relocating from outside of Canada; $12,000 if relocating within Canada but outside of BC; $9,000 if relocating within BC.

Clinical Service Contract; Rural CME: max $5,720/year after 4 years in practice; rural incentives (rates confirmed at time of offer); candidates may be eligible for student loan forgiveness
