Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) model; Alternative Payment Arrangement; overhead 80/20 split; accommodation available (apartment in downtown Chilliwack for $50/night if unoccupied)

Fee-for-Service; retiring physician billed over $480,000 in fiscal year ending March 31, 2024.
