Compensation will be in accordance with CCA Physician Agreement and CCA guidelines for medical leadership. The details including compensation and clinical arrangements will be confirmed within the Search and Selection Process.

Remuneration comes from an administrative stipend: $43,125 per annum

Fee for Service. Multiple Alberta Medical Association (AMA) Compensation Programs, including the Rural Remote Northern Program (RRNP), which provides a variable fee premium for Grande Prairie of 16.36%. Remuneration will be based on the Fee-for-Service (FFS) schedule. Remuneration can range between $300,000 to $800,000 per year depending on the number of shifts, patients seen, education & experiences. Total compensation for fee-for-service billings varies by individual practitioner, and the compensation shown reflects the average amounts for this specialty as reported by Alberta Health.
