Canadian Physician Opportunities

Independent contract at a rate of $223.40 per hour for hours worked (competitive independent contract).

Primary Health Care Rural 4 – Step Compensation Grid (placement dependent on experience): Yr 1 $312,989.60; Yr 2 $328,585.60; Yr 3 $345,120.80; Yr 4 $362,359.20. 0.5 FTE. Method of payment: Contract. Eligible for Rural Physician Incentive Program (up to $200,000) and new family physicians may qualify for a $15,000 Return for Service incentive (3-year commitment).

Fee-for-Service

Contract (current contract pays $200.10/hr); Alternative Payment Plan; compensation per the Physician Master Agreement and Regional Hospitalist Contract; up to 40% bonus incentive payments (volume, coverage, quality)

Emergency shifts are compensated via a Group Contract. Relocation assistance: $15,000 if relocating from outside of Canada; $12,000 if relocating within Canada but outside BC; $9,000 if relocating within BC.

Fee-for-Service

Remuneration for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and based on the income scale of the six-step Academic Medicine and Health Services Program (AMHSP). Further details about this innovative funding plan are available on request.

The overhead structure will be discussed with the candidates who are interviewed. FFS earnings $350,000-$750,000

Fee-For-Service Range - $300K and above The Practitioner is responsible for purchasing health and insurance benefits.

FFS earnings $200,000-$500,000/year depending on experience and efficiencies.

Compensation: $580,000 plus earnings per year or more depending on performance, a mixed of FFS and we offer many other services, including 3rd party earnings. We provide Facial Rejuvenation, Hair Restoration, Light Therapy, small procedures including Nexplanon and IUD insertions, and Assessments for Several Embassy Diplomats and Agents. Overhead structure is competitive and will be discussed with the candidate during the official interview. PCPCM Model can be adopted later on once a Panel has been built

FFS $300,000-$700,000 High-production FFS endocrinologists with large referral bases and efficient practices can bill in this range; some earnings even higher depending on workload and procedures

Medical Leadership Stipend. The Practitioner is responsible for purchasing health and insurance benefits.
