Fee-for-Service

Compensation for this position is $205.10 hourly.

80/20 split.

Fee-for-Service; relocation assistance for full-time positions: up to $9,000 (within BC), $12,000 (within Canada), and $15,000 (from outside Canada).

Fee-for-Service; eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including Retention Premium 8.12% and Retention Flat Fee $10,110.

Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP) Payment Model (combination payment). Opportunities for additional Fee‑for‑Service income (surgical assists, maternity/primary OB, advanced OB with C‑section if qualified, outreach). REEF (Rural Emergency Enhancement Funding) and MOCAP (Medical On Call Availability Program) available on top of MSP billings for ER coverage. Moving allowance: $15,000 (outside Canada), $12,000 (within Canada but outside BC), $9,000 (within BC). Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) funding subject to change.

Salary; 0.2 FTE (May 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026)

Clinical Service Contract: 1.0 FTE (1680 hours) annual remuneration of $333,438 (adjustments based on PMA); additional $25/hr after-hours premium for services 6pm–10pm M–F and all day Sat/Sun/STATs.

Fee-for-Service; 100% of panel payments go to the family physician.

$150,000/= to $250,000/= Note: Overhead structure will be discussed with the candidates who are interviewed.

Compensation will be determined by the AHS Physician Leader Compensation Grid and will be commensurate with the responsibilities of the position, the time required to fulfill these responsibilities, and the skills/experience of the successful application
