80/20 split for physicians billing under the Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Payment Model while providing locum coverage; 75/25 split for Fee-for-Service billings (Fee-for-Service payment model)

Gross earnings from fee for service would be anticipated at approximately $360,000.00 per annum. Specialist On Call: On call approximately once per month. Remuneration will be based on the Fee-for-Service (FFS) schedule. Interested applicants should apply with a letter of interest, curriculum vitae, and the names and contact information of three (3) references.

Fee-for-Service Billings): Physicians can expect $300,000 to $600,000+ in annual gross billings, consistent with Alberta Health SOMB data, with upside dependent on practice style, panel size, and service mix. Note: This is a fee-for-service environment. Net income is influenced by overhead structure and operational model, which will be transparently reviewed with candidates during the interview process.

$200,000-$400,000 Fee-for-service basis as set by Alberta Health Services (AHS) and the Alberta Medical Association (AMA) negotiated rate scale.
