Locum wage range $400,000 - $550,000; billing under Longitudinal Family Payment Model (locums eligible); overhead 20/80; salary-type remuneration; eligible for additional Rural Subsidiary Agreement payments and rural recruitment incentives (relocation funding, sign-on bonus, retention flat fee, CME allocation).
