Clinical Service Contract; CME: Up to $600 for first 2 years, $3,600 in years 3–4, and $6,600 after 4 years; rural incentives (subject to change); candidates may be eligible for BC or Canada student loan forgiveness programs

Fee-for-Service; 75/25 split on MSP and uninsured payments; 100% of LFP panel payments and QI project payments paid fully to physicians; Flexible payment models (FFS, LFP, NTP); Business Cost Premium adds $48/day to billings; Minimum 6 patients per hour guaranteed

Remuneration will be based on a fee-for service model with billing directly to Alberta Health.

Compensation for this opportunity is based on a fee-for-service model and may include additional program stipends. The average gross income of a Family Medicine Physician in Alberta is $300,000 to $600,000. Total compensation for fee-for-service billings vary by individual practitioner, and the compensation shown reflects the average range of wages for this specialty as reported by Alberta Health.
