Compensation will comply with the agreement between Cancer Care Alberta, Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Medical Association. The annual compensation will be calculated in accordance with the Cancer Care Alberta Physician compensation grid for Radiation Oncologists ranging from Level 1 $416,192 per annum to Level 3 $531,341 per annum.
Grid placement will be based on qualifications, training, and experience.
⢠Annual Compensation is based on the contracted 210 Service days.
⢠Note: The Oncologists are eligible for Additional Workload Compensation during the positionās vacancies in Cancer Care Alberta.
Additional support from Cancer Care Alberta: CCA provides a recruitment support incentive of up to $105,000 that includes the following conditional on leadership approval:
1. Relocation Support: up to $10,000 for recruits within North America and up to $15,000 for recruits outside North America.
2. AHS Sponsorship Support if required.
3. Immigration (work permit visa support) if required.
4. Strategic recruitment Incentive.
