Fee-for-Service

Fee-for-Service; may be eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) remuneration including relocation reimbursement up to $15,000; recruitment incentive $10,000; fee/retention premium 4.20%; annual flat fee $6,373.80; Rural CME starting at $3,000/year (years 3–4) increasing to a maximum of $6,000/year after 4 years.

Fee-for-Service; eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) incentives: Recruitment Incentive $10,000 (full-time); Relocation reimbursement up to $15,000; Fee/Retention Premium 6.09%; Annual Flat/Retention Flat Fee approx. $9,437.76; Rural CME funding starting at $2,200/year (years 3–4) to a maximum of $4,400/year thereafter.

Fee-for-Service; Rural CME: Up to 2 years $600; in 3rd & 4th year $3,600; after 4 years $6,600; rural incentives subject to change (confirmed at time of offer).

Payment options: Fee-for-service (FFS), LFP, or Long Term Care Sessional Contract; LTC on-call incentive approx. $225.00/day (paid quarterly); eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) retention premium 12.32% and retention flat fee $19,092.
