Income guarantee (includes FFS, RRP, MOCAP): Morning shift $2,820/weekday, $2,972/weekend; Afternoon shift $2,417/weekday, $2,569/weekend; Night shift $3,376/shift. Option 2 (no income guarantee): FFS ~$3,380–$4,030/shift (includes $1,000 shift stipend, 21.70% MSP premium, $25.68 MOCAP). Travel and accommodation covered; travel stipend $250–$1,500 (maximum $1,500 per round trip).

Approximately $2,000 per day (daily remuneration varies based on patient volume).

Within the range of Level ML2 of the AHS Medical Leadership Compensation Grid and in consideration of the candidate’s other professional income opportunities

Fee for Service On Call Stipend - Physicians are remunerated for being on call. Average Gross Annual Income is in the range of $530,619.00, estimated on full-time hours. Alberta Medical Association (AMA) Compensation Programs - AMA Membership compensation programs are under review and may be subject to change, with the current Rural & Remote Northern Program (RRNP) - Variable Fee Rate set at 16.36% for Grande Prairie.

Remuneration for this position is based on the Academic Medicine & Health Services Program (AMHSP). Salary will commensurate with education and experience and ranges based on a number of different factors and can range between $300,000 to $800,000 per year. Total compensation for AMHSP varies by individual practitioner, and the compensation shown reflects the average amounts for this specialty as reported by Alberta Health.
