Ministry of Health Alternate Payment Plan service contract (Alternate Payment Arrangement)

By service contract at a rate set provincially by the Ministry of Health; Alternative Payment Plan; MOCAP (On Call Payments); may be eligible for up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement.

Fee-for-Service; sessional payment contract (minimum 2 half-days per week)

Alternative Payment Arrangement

Salary (physician is a City of Colwood employee — no overhead). Benefits include paid leave (vacation, sick, maternity/parental with limited SEIB), employer-paid extended health and dental for employee and eligible dependents, defined benefit pension plan (eligibility-based), employee & family assistance, professional development and association dues support, plus other municipal benefits; some benefits pro-rated for part-time.

Compensation will be provided for FFS physician.
