Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) payment model; Administrative Contract; overhead paid at $44.65 per hour.

Retain 70% of clinic billings with no further overhead; 100% billings for hospital care; Division incentives; Fee-for-service blend (combination payment model).

Retain 70% of clinic billings with no further overhead; 100% of hospital billings; Division incentives; Fee-for-service blend; accommodations available for locums.

Fee-for-Service; combined 0.5 FTE through Fraser Health and 0.5 FTE BC Cancer Hematology (total 1.0 FTE)
