Overhead $5,500/month; Rural Subsidy/Rural Practice Subsidiary Agreement benefits: Fee Premium 7.98%; Annual Flat Fee $12,366.72; Recruitment Incentive $10,000 (pro-rated for FTE); Relocation assistance up to $15,000; CME: $2,200/year (years 3–4) and $4,400/year (after 4 years). Remuneration for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and will be based on the income scale of a competitive and highly successful academic alternate funding plan.
