Combination: Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP) Payment Model; additional Fee‑For‑Service opportunities (surgical assists, maternity/primary OB/advanced OB with C‑section if qualified, outreach); MSP billings for ER coverage with REEF (Rural Emergency Enhancement Funding) and MOCAP (Medical On Call Availability Program) available on top; Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) funding subject to change.

Up to $3,500/shift + MOCAP + REEF; based on an hourly rate while providing on-site direct or indirect patient care. Travel and accommodation covered; travel stipend $250–$1,500 per round trip. Alternative Payment Arrangement. May be eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement retention premium (23.38%).

Income Guarantee Option 1 (includes FFS, RRP, and MOCAP): Morning 05:00–13:00: $2,820/weekday, $2,972/weekend; Afternoon 13:00–20:00: $2,417/weekday, $2,569/weekend; Night 20:00–05:00: $3,376/shift (weekday/weekend). Travel and accommodation covered; travel stipend $250–$1,500 (maximum $1,500 per round trip). Option 2 (No income guarantee): FFS $3,380–$4,030/shift (includes $1,000 shift stipend, 21.70% MSP premium, and $25.68 MOCAP). May be eligible for RSA retention premium (21.70%). Compensation type: Fee-for-Service.
