$2,199.59 per 24-hour day (contract), paid monthly. Listed potential/minimum salary: $2,199.00.

Compensation will be discussed; LFP billing available (combination payment model).

Combination payment model. Eligible for RCME rural CME incentives: $1,800 for up to 2 years in Cranbrook; $4,800 during years 3–4; $7,800 after 4 years, in addition to Doctors of BC CME funds. Rural incentives subject to change and confirmed at time of offer.

Remuneration Compensation is provided through the University of Calgary Family Medicine Preceptors (FMP) Clinical Alternative Relationship Plan (ARP).  This comprehensive payment module allows our Physicians to provide exceptional, quality care, while acknowledging time spent teaching.

Remuneration is provided on a fee-for-service basis, with a median annual billing range of approximately $579,000. The overhead structure will be reviewed and discussed in detail with candidates selected for an interview.
