• Patient base ready and waiting, flexible roster size

• Comprehensive Family Medicine 
• Emergency Department shifts (if desired) 
• Hospitalist care (optional) 
• Supportive, experienced clinic staff including office manager, referral and billing clerk, nursing for vitals and immunizations

• EMR integration is ready for Ocean messaging, online booking and patient reminders

Qualifications 

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario 
• CCFP (or equivalent) 
• Eligible for independent practice in Ontario
