Medical Office Space available for Family Medicine Physicians - Already existing family practice looking for new location OR doctor looking to initiate new family practice *****SIGNING BONUS with contract available

- Almost all physician expenses covered!!
- NO Fee-for-service splits or Overhead!!
- Already existing GFHT location with practicing physicians, looking to grow the team at this location
- Clinic is fully equipped with shared large waiting area and public washrooms for patients. Shared reception area, staff room and Nursing room
- Each physician is provided with 2 examination rooms (each containing; exam beds, desk, computer and printer) + 1 office room (containing; desk and computer) + clinic already equipped with multiple EMR softwares.
- Space available for 2-3 physicians, looking to fill spots quickly!!
- Clinic regularly open Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-3pm (staff can also access clinic after hours with own access)
