Job Description:

Examine patients and assess their health, diagnose and treat illness and injuries.
Prescribe medications and treatment.
Monitor and manage chronic diseases.
Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices
Refer patients t specialist when needed.
keep accurate and up to date medical records .
Work with other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Have a current eligibility letter from CPSA. 
• Doctor of medicine (MD) or equivalent medical degree.
• Eligible to bill Alberta health 
• Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team based healthcare environment. 
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
