Fee-for-Service; eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) remuneration including Retention Premium 24.5% and Retention Flat Fee $37,968

Alternative Payment Plan (annual rate) plus rural retention premium and retention flat fee; on-call stipend (benefits note 1:4; projected call schedule 1:5); Rural Continuing Medical Education allowance $1,800–$7,800/year; relocation allowance: $15,000 if relocating from outside Canada; $12,000 if relocating within Canada but outside BC; $9,000 if relocating within BC.

Clinical Service Contract aligned with Physician Master Agreement: full-scope placement $302,113–$377,641 (scaled to FTE), plus 30% Rural Retention Program Premium; other incentives may apply; no overhead contribution required.

Fee-for-Service; locum travel reimbursement per Interior Health locum policy (transport and accommodation reimbursed); travel time payment between $250–$1,500 depending on length of travel.
