Job Description
Physician-led Family Health Organization (FHO) with experienced office manager and
support staff, including onsite billing.
We are a congenial group of four (4) family physicians and a nurse practitioner
providing comprehensive primary care for the community of Perth (6,000) and
surrounding area (regional population of 44,000).
We have an on site seniors day program and a primary care physician with an ADHD
focused practice.
Expanded practice opportunities include: Emergency Medicine, New born care,
surgical assisting and participation in pre and post graduate medical education.

➢ EMR (PS suite)
➢ In patient care is required (Perth Site/ Great War Memorial Hospital)
