Family Physician Opportunity – FHO/Fee-for-Service | LMIA Available

We are a physician-led, fully supported family practice in London, Ontario, currently seeking two full-time Family Physicians to join our growing team. This is a Fee-for-Service /FHO position. LMIA support is available for eligible candidates.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Conduct routine physical exams and assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe appropriate treatments and medications
• Order and interpret lab and diagnostic investigations
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans
• Promote preventive care and patient education
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed

Work Schedule:

• Full-time: Minimum 30 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling available

Qualifications:

• MD from a recognized medical school
• Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP or equivalent)
• Active license or eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in outpatient clinics, home care, or EMR systems is an asset
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
