The expected fee for service roughly ranges from $700- $1000 for day assisting and $750-$1500 for after hours. Sturgeon Hospital workload has been constantly busy and provides sustainable income for all of our current assists.

Fee-for-service; overhead $4,000–$5,000 per month; eligible for Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA): Recruitment Incentive $10,000; Fee Premium 4.62%; Annual Flat Fee $7,159.68; Rural CME $2,200/yr in years 3–4, increasing up to $4,400 after 4 years.

The average gross income of a Radiologist in Alberta is $1,182,055. Compensation for this opportunity is based on a fee for-service model and may include additional program stipends.

Fee-for-Service; Rural Retention Program (RRP): $13,668.48 annually (must practice ≥9 months and bill minimum) and 8.82% fee premium; Rural Continuing Medical Education (RCME): $0 first 2 years; $2,200 (FPs) annually in years 3–4; $4,400 (FPs) annually in year 5+ (issued quarterly); Recruitment Incentive Fund (RIF): $10,000 (prorated for <1.0 FTE); Recruitment Contingency Fund (RCF): moving assistance $9,000 (within BC), $12,000 (within Canada), $15,000 (outside Canada)

Expected salary CA$135,000–145,000 per annum (excluding independent clinical income); Fee-for-Service (independent clinical income)
