Durham Cardiology is recruiting General or Subspecialty Cardiologists to work across locations.

New and modern clinic with new equipment and an array of cardiac testing. Cloud based Cerebrum EMR to make practicing cardiology easy.

A strong candidate would work alongside current staff to provide exceptional care to our patients. 

General Cardiologist must have the following:

•     Able to obtain independent license to practice in Ontario

Subspecialty Cardiologists must have accredited fellowship in any of the following:

•     Electrophysiology
•     Heart Failure
•     Interventional
•     Cardiac Imaging (Nuclear or ECHO Level 3 for example).

* For procedure-based specialities must have lab privileges within 60 min as our patients will be referred internally.

Pending recruitment / human resources needs at Lakeridge Health, there may be an opportunity to explore hospital privileges at any of the 4 locations.

Qualifications must include:

• Canadian or American training in Adult Cardiology
• FRCPC or ABIM certification in Adult Cardiology
• Only applicants with CPSO or CPSO eligible need apply
• Must be able to work in Canada
