The Middlesex Hospital Alliance (MHA) is seeking Emergency Department Physicians to join the team at Four Counties Health Services (FCHS) in Newbury, Ontario. Located within easy driving distance of London, Chatham, Sarnia and St. Thomas, FCHS offers the opportunity to practise rural emergency medicine in a supportive, collegial environment while maintaining access to specialty services through Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital.

FCHS operates a 24/7, 12-bed Emergency Department that sees approximately 13,000 visits annually and serves a community of approximately 23,000 residents across Lambton, Kent, Middlesex and Elgin Counties. Physicians benefit from specialist consultation, diagnostic services and access to higher-level care and surgical services through SMGH.

MHA offers competitive compensation, flexible scheduling and comprehensive recruitment and retention incentives, including a $30,000 Return of Service bonus and a $1,000 monthly commitment bonus for physicians completing 10 or more shifts per month. New graduates and physicians transitioning to rural emergency medicine can also access a structured mentorship program with paid buddy shifts, dedicated physician mentorship and up to six months of supported transition.
