Compensation: FFS/CCM with an 80/20 split and a $150-per-hour guarantee

ONCARE Medical Clinic – Aylmer is seeking a compassionate, patient-centred Family Physician to join our community practice in Aylmer, Ontario.

This is an opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive setting while enjoying the lifestyle of a welcoming Southwestern Ontario community. Aylmer is conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from London, offering easy access to city amenities while maintaining a strong small-town community feel. Full-time, part-time, and locum arrangements may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family medicine to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Deliver preventive care, health screening, counselling, and immunizations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative colleagues to provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Independent practice licence, or eligibility for licensure, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
• CCFP certification or equivalent.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
