- Provide full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages (pediatrics to geriatrics)
- Perform routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in EMR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
