Job Details: Our client in Belleville, Ontario is looking for a full-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to shape a new modern medical practice, in a supportive and community driven environment, with a growing patient-focused team. Our client is looking for a physician with an interest in a long-term practice development, they should have a strong commitment to patient-centred care with excellent clinical and communication skills. 

Duties and responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, managing ongoing care, order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, x-rays, etc), prescribe, manage treatment plans, provide acute and preventative medical care, including vaccinations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and contribute to the clinic’s continued growth and operational success. Hours of work are 40 hours a week with flexible scheduling available. 

The clinic uses Telus EMR, and offers full billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement , the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $500,000-$600,000 gross. 

Incentives Available to the Physician:  

• The clinic partners with the City of Belleville to offer an incredible signing bonus. $100,000 for a 3-year commitment and $150,000 for a 5-year commitment. 
• Comprehensive end-to-end relocation support - especially for International Medical Graduates. (IMG’s) includes packing and international freight, housing set-up and furnishings, assistance with setting up Canadian essentials (Banking, accounts, insurance, mobile plans etc.)  
• Community onboarding to support to ensure the physician and family settle in comfortably. 

Clinic Details: The clinic has a modern set-up which can be customizable in collaboration with incoming physicians. There will be staff on site who will take care of reception and administration including billing. The clinic plans to hire a full-time on-site nurse. There are currently no family physicians working at the clinic. The clinic is in close proximity to the local hospital and the scenic Bay of Quinte.
