Fee-for-Service (70/30% split)

Blended billing model (sessional and fee-for-service); minimum of 4 half-days of work per week. Physicians responsible for their own billings.

Combination payment model; RCME incentives: $1,800 for up to 2 years, $4,800 during years 3–4, and $7,800 after 4 years; plus Doctors of BC CME funds. Rural incentives subject to change.
