Canadian Physician Opportunities

Fee-for-Service; Earn $150-280/hr after overhead depending on practice style and volume; LFP billing available (if you create a panel or locum under another physician)

Choice between LFP billing or NTP contract ($312K/year + bonuses) or Fee-for-Service; estimated earning potential $400K+/year; combination payment model.

Fee-for-Service

Fee-for-Service (70/30 split)

Billing via fee-for-service (FFS) or the LFP payment model; take-home pay per clinic day typically $1,200–$1,400 under LFP. On-call currently billed FFS; clinic receives daily stipends for call (approx. $550 for a 24-hour weekday shift, ~$800 for a 24-hour weekend). Clinic does not pay overhead.

Fee-for-Service

Combination payment model; proposed billing split 80/20; $10,000 clinic signing bonus (full-time); signing bonus dependent on FTE (part-time).
