Position Title : Family Physician  ( Room for 4 applicants )

Location:VAUGHAN, ONTARIO  - in a luxurious brand new community.

Type of Practice: Clinic ( Not affiliated with hospital )

JOB DESCRIPTION: Any services that fall under the scope of practice of Family Doctors/ Comprehensive medicine.  Use EMR/Electronic Medical Record system for chart management.

RESPONSIBILITIES: To practise in accordance with policies set by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Positions available:  part time or full time

Hours options: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM  Days options: 7 days per week  (some or all )

Anticipated clinic opening/start date: October 2025. Brand new clinic. 

Duration: Long-Term

Payment type: enrollment model e.g FHG/Family Health Group, Fee for Service or others. May already be a part of one a specific type of payment model OR  Potential to start a new group OR no need to already be or become part of any particular group enrollment model.  No salary.

No hospital duty.

Required Credentials:  M.D/Medical Doctor Degree; Family Medicine Residency Training; Licence to practise independently in Ontario; CMPA membership.
