Provide virtual-first care with the option for in-person consultations as needed.
Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver personalized, high-quality care.

Qualifications

- Medical degree (MD) with certification in Family Medicine (CCFP or equivalent).
- Licensure (or eligibility) to practice in Ontario.
- Passion for innovation in healthcare and a commitment to team-based, patient-first care.
- Comfort with using technology to deliver virtual care.
