We are a Family Health Organization (FHO) with two modern, well-established clinics in Riverside South and Manotick. Our practice offers comprehensive family medicine and a range of specialty services, backed by the stability of income stabilization. We enhance patient care and physician support with on-site mental health counselling, nutrition consulting, and a dedicated diabetic/obesity nurse. You'll benefit from robust clinical support, including an RN and RPN, and our efficient Telus PS Suite EMR system, complete with integrated tools like OCEAN, Pomelo, and AI Scribe.

We are actively seeking a collegial full-time or part-time Family Physician to grow with us. You'll have the autonomy of managing your own patient panel, supported every step of the way by our dedicated team. Our manageable after-hours schedule includes one three-hour evening shift (5-8 PM) per week, and only two weekend shifts per year (Friday 5-8 PM, Saturday 9 AM-3 PM). Our current physicians achieve strong earning potential, typically billings are $33,000 - $50,000 per month, with an all-inclusive overhead of 32% (HST included).
