Physician led Family Health Organization (FHO) with experienced office manager and support staff, including onsite billing.

 

We are an experienced, congenial group of six (6) family physicians, providing primary care for the Town of Smiths Falls (pop.10,000) and surrounding area (regional population of 44,000).

 

Medical Centre offers onsite pharmacy, Lifelab, physiotherapy, and social services office. All a 3 minute walk to the Smiths Falls Site of the Perth Smiths Falls District Hospital.

 

Expanded practice opportunities include: Emergency Medicine, Surgical Assist, Hospitalist and participation in pre and post graduate medical education.  

 

 Practice Profile

  • Return of Service eligible

  • EMR (Telus Health PS suite)

  • Shared weekend Call  

  • No extended clinic hours  

  • Full complement of Specialty support available locally

  • Extensive network of community health programs to support your practice
