Job Description
Seeking a locum for 2 to 5 days per week. We are part of the Speed River Family Health Organization and Guelph Family Health Team. A per diem will be paid along with keeping all of third party, WSIB and in basket billings.
Patient appointments are 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (last typical booking) for a practice size of approximately 1350 patients.
Our office includes 4 other practising physicians, nurses and support staff. Our Guelph Family Health Team staff includes a nurse practitioner (who shares in seeing the collective office patients for a given day), mental health counsellor and dietician.
We have Telus PS Suite EMR.
The practice is located a block away from the University of Guelph. Guelph is part of Wellington County, close to Toronto, Hamilton and Kitchener - Waterloo. It is a wonderful city for recreation and outdoor living and has acclaimed architecture, restaurants, pubs, coffee, and entertainment
