Great lively location, few blocks from the Bathurst subway, an established Pharmacy and a Lab onsite. One associate FHO position and senior physician with over 45 year practice looking to expand with new FHO associate to join team. Administrative support with three receptionists and US licensed physician providing medical/administrative support with H/P and some procedures under medical directives.

Four exam and consultation rooms, shared central reception and large waiting room area for up to 14 patients with onsite parking.

We emphasize a fair work-life balance and a supportive working environment, good patient access to physician care and great administrative support to lessen the paperwork. Two office lunch and learns weekly and weekly accredited virtual/in person journal clubs.

We are looking for someone who would like to work full or part time and build his/her roster with a transfer of 600-800 patients to start as a base.
