Join our brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic opening July 27, 2026 in a busy Scarborough plaza surrounded by dense residential high-rises. We’re offering a rare opportunity to start a new family practice or transfer an existing one into a modern, high-demand location with low overhead, no overhead for the first three months, and sign-up incentives.
The clinic is located at 30 Dean Park Rd., Scarborough, right off the 401 at the 401/Meadowvale intersection. The clinic features 2,500 sq. ft. of new space, 8 exam rooms, 2 doctor offices, and a pharmacy on site to support strong patient flow. There is also an option for full-time or part-time practice.
With a growing patient wait list and more residential development nearby, this is an excellent chance to build quickly in a thriving community.
Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
