Are you a new grad or seasoned locum looking for your next locum opportunity?  This six week locum offers 2-3 days covering a family practice of 1400 patients and also the option of working in 2 long term care homes! Also unique to this locum is the opportunity to work with a Physician Assistant in covering this practice.  

The Albany Medical Clinic is located in East Toronto, 1 block north of Broadview subway station (at Danforth/Broadview).  We are a practice of 40 family physicians (mostly FHO) who provide comprehensive medical care to the Toronto community which includes numerous ancillary services and on-site specialists. The Albany Medical Clinic has been providing community based healthcare to the people of Toronto since 1946.  We operate a Walk-in Clinic that is open 365 days a year - serving not just Albany patients.

This FHO locum opportunity is to cover a family practice with a current patient roster of approximately 1400 patients (predominantly female practice) for 6 weeks.  In addition to covering the family practice at the Albany, the locum has the opportunity to work in 2 longterm care homes in Toronto's east end if this experience is desired.  

This practice is also supported by a Physician Assistant who will work closely with the locum physician to provide continuity of care for patients.
