Family Doctor (GP) – Take Over Existing Practice

About Us:
We are a well-established, community-focused family practice seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Doctor (GP) to take over an existing practice of 1100 patients for October/November 2025. Our practice is part of a Family Health Organization (FHO), and we are looking for a motivated physician to join our team of three other Family Physicians, a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), and a highly efficient administrative support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive family medical care to a diverse patient population.
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions, prescribe medications, and provide preventative care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
• Maintain patient records using OSCAR PRO EMR in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, team-based working environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent).
• Certification with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (or relevant regulatory body).
• New grads are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care model.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
