We are seeking a Family Physician to join a well-established Family Health Organization (FHO) that is part of an integrated Family Health Team (FHT) with 11 physicians currently on board.

Compensation:

Standard FHO compensation model

Full access to FHT interdisciplinary support at no additional cost

Opportunity to roster more patients due to team-based care support.

Overhead & Expenses:

There is no overhead split. You are only responsible for fixed monthly costs:

Rent: ~800 sq ft private office (will be much lower once starting) 

EMR subscription (PS suite)

Shared MOA support (split with another physician)
