Quaker Hill Medical, a 40-year community cornerstone clinic in Newmarket, is inviting up to 3 Family Physicians to join as founding physicians of our newly remodeled and rebranded practice. The clinic is professionally managed, fully staffed, and built to support physicians focused on long-term practice growth.

A Unique FHO+ Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to step into an established clinic infrastructure as a founding physician and set up your FHO+ practice with full back-office support from day one. Our management team handles OMA enrollment, OHIP registration, billing optimization, and ongoing administrative management, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care from the moment you start.

Founding physicians benefit from the new FHO+ model launched April 1, 2026, including higher after-hours premiums, enhanced shadow billing, time-based compensation for indirect care, and substantial patient attachment bonuses.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) from an accredited institution
• Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) or equivalent
• Current Medical Liability Insurance (CMPA coverage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team
